Europe's football parliament gathers at the Palace of Independence in Astana, Kazakhstan on Thursday for the XXXVIII Ordinary UEFA Congress, which will be streamed live on UEFA.org.

The Congress is UEFA's supreme governing organ and meets each year. Delegates from UEFA's 54 member national associations discuss and vote upon various European football issues.

Key items on the agenda for the Astana Congress are the annual reports of the UEFA President and the UEFA Executive Committee, and the annual report of the UEFA administration for 2012/13; reports on the activities of UEFA's committees; and financial matters including the annual UEFA consolidated statement of accounts for 2012/13 and the budget for the 2014/15 financial year.

Various amendments to the UEFA statutes will also be put to the vote, and delegates will be asked to adopt a resolution for the integrity of football. The UEFA Executive Committee gave its backing to the resolution at its meeting in Bilbao in December, and the draft document has been submitted in the meantime to UEFA's member associations for consultation.
