Friday 15 May 2015 16.12CETDisciplinary proceedings have been opened following the UEFA Europa League semi-final, second leg between FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and SSC Napoli (1-0) played on 14 May in Kyiv (Ukraine). Charges against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk: - Improper conduct of the team (5 cards or more) – art. 15 (4) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR) - Improper conduct of the supporters: field invasion by supporters – art. 16 (2) (a) of the DR racist behavior (banner) – art. 14 and 16 (2) (e) of the DR setting off and throwing of fireworks – art. 16(2) (b) and (c) of the DR crowd disturbances – art. 16 (2) (h) of the DR - Insufficient organisation (stairways blocked) – art. 38 safety & security regulations. The cases will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 21 May.

Charges: Art. 15 of the Competition Regulations (fielding an ineligible player) Sanctions: The match is forfeited by Romania and a 3-0 win is awarded to Estonia
