The UEFA Disciplinary Regulations serve to ensure that the objectives of UEFA are attained as per Article 2 of the UEFA Statutes.
The disciplinary regulations contain the substantive and formal provisions for the sanctioning of disciplinary offences falling within their scope of application. They describe the infringements, regulate the application of penalties and govern the organisation and action of the disciplinary bodies and the procedure to be followed before these bodies.

Friday 15 May 2015 16.12CETDisciplinary proceedings have been opened following the UEFA Europa League semi-final, second leg between FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and SSC Napoli (1-0) played on 14 May in Kyiv (Ukraine). Charges against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk: - Improper conduct of the team (5 cards or more) – art. 15 (4) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR) - Improper conduct of the supporters: field invasion by supporters – art. 16 (2) (a) of the DR racist behavior (banner) – art. 14 and 16 (2) (e) of the DR setting off and throwing of fireworks – art. 16(2) (b) and (c) of the DR crowd disturbances – art. 16 (2) (h) of the DR - Insufficient organisation (stairways blocked) – art. 38 safety & security regulations. The cases will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 21 May.
