The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced the following decisions:   Match: UEFA Champions League round of 16 match between FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain (6-1), played on 8 March in Spain Decision: The CEDB has decided to fine FC Barcelona  €19,000. The charges against FC Barcelona were related to field invasion by supporters - Art. 16 (2) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR) and improper conduct of the team (5 cards or more) – Art. 15 (4) DR --- Match: UEFA Champions League round of 16 match between SSC Napoli and Real Madrid CF (1-3), played on 7 March in Italy Decision: The CEDB has decided to fine SSC Napoli  €38,000. The charges against SSC Napoli were related to use of laser pointer - Art. 16 (2.d) DR, stairways blocked - Art. 38 DR, throwing of objects - Art. 16 (2.b) DR and setting off of fireworks - Art. 16 (2.c) DR --- Match: UEFA Europa League Round of 32 match between AC Sparta Praha and FC Rostov (1-1) played on 23 February in the Czech Republic Decision: The CEDB has decided to fine FC Rostov  €16,000. The charges against FC Rostov were related to setting off of fireworks - Art. 16 (2) DR --- Match: UEFA Europa League Round of 32 match between Manchester United FC and AS Saint-Étienne (3-0) played on 16 February in England Decision: The CEDB has decided to fine AS Saint-Étienne  €50,000. The charges against AS Saint-Étienne were related to setting off of firework – Art. 16 (2) DR, throwing of objects – Art. 16 (2) DR and improper conduct of supporters – Art. 16 (2) DR
