UEFA has today opened disciplinary proceedings against the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) for incidents relating to the UEFA EURO 2012 Group C match with Spain on Monday.

The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) announced the following decisions: Match: 2015/16 UEFA Europa League, 2nd qualifying round, first leg, R. Charleroi SC v Beitar Jerusalem FC (5-1), played on 16 July in Belgium. Charleroi Incidents: Racist behaviour (gestures) - Art. 14 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (DR), Setting off & throwing of fireworks and objects – Art. 16 (2)  (b) & (c) DR, Moving of spectators to the visitors sector (segregation of spectators) – Art. 37 of the UEFA safety and security regulations CEDB has ordered the partial closure of the Charleroi stadium during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which Charleroi would play as the host club (versus FC Zorya Luhansk), and, in particular Charleroi shall close the Tribune 3 Y1 of the Charleroi stadium. The Belgian club have also been fined €28,000 and have been warned about the moving of spectators’ incident. Beitar Jerusalem Incidents: Racist behaviour (banners and chants) – Art. 14 DR, Improper conduct of supporters (breaking down fences) – Art. 16 (2) (f) DR, Setting off and throwing of fireworks and objects – Art. 16 (2) (b) & (c) DR, Illicit banner – Art. 16 (2) (e) DR Decision: The CEDB has ordered the partial closure of the Beitar Jerusalem FC stadium during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which the club would play as the host club . The sector(s) to be closed shall at least comprehend 500 seats. The Israeli club has also been fined €95,000. --- Match: European Qualifiers, Group B, Bosnia and Herzegovina v Israel (3-1), played on 12 June in Zenica Charges against the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation (NFSBiH): - Disruption of national anthem – Art. 16 (2) (g) DR; - Setting off and/or throwing of fireworks and objects – Art. 16 (2) (b) (c) DR; Racist behaviour – Art. 14 DR Decision: The CEDB has ordered the partial closure of the Bosnia and Herzegovina stadium during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which the team would play as the host association, and, in particular the North Stand of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Stadium. The association has also been fined €18,000.

Proceedings opened against HNS

UEFA has today opened disciplinary proceedings against the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) for incidents relating to the UEFA EURO 2012 Group C match with Spain on Monday.

UEFA has today opened disciplinary proceedings against the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) for the setting-off and throwing of fireworks, and the improper conduct of supporters (display of racist banners and symbols) at the UEFA EURO 2012 Group C match against Spain in Gdansk on Monday. The disciplinary case also involves the improper conduct of the team (six Croatia players received a yellow card during the game).

The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body will deal with the case on Sunday 24 June.
