The qualifying draw of the 2014–16 UEFA European Football Championship will take place at the Palais des Congrès Acropolis in Nice, France, on 23 February 2014 at 12.00CET.

For the first time in UEFA European Championship history, 24 countries will contest the finals, with France already assured of their place as hosts. The seedings for the qualifying draw will be announced along with the draw procedure and final tournament match schedule after the 23/24 January Executive Committee meeting in Nyon. The regulations for the UEFA European Football Championship 2014–16 are available on uefa.to/1dbI63v.

The UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying competition will be organised in accordance with the Week of Football match schedule. This scheduling format, to be implemented for the European qualifiers for UEFA EURO 2016 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, involves matches being staged from Thursday to Tuesday. Kick-off times will be set largely at 18.00CET and 20.45CET on Saturdays and Sundays, and at 20.45CET on other days. On double-header matchweeks, teams will play on Thursday and Sunday, or Friday and Monday, or Saturday and Tuesday.
