UEFA.com is becoming even more user-friendly thanks to the launch of three separate products for mobile, iPhone and iPad.
The website for European football – and the extensive coverage it brings – is now accessible in a mobile friendly version, m.UEFA.com. For iPhone and iPad users, meanwhile, two exciting new applications are available – the official UEFA Champions Festival app for the iPhone and the UEFA.com publications app for the iPad.
The three products share one common feature, of course – they deliver exclusive content to the user on the move.
All visitors to UEFA.com with a modern mobile browser will be redirected to m.UEFA.com, the newly launched optimised mobile version (with the option, though, of returning to the desktop version at any time). Here they can find all the latest news from the UEFA competitions and Europe's 53 national associations, as well as live scores from all UEFA competitions and up-to-date league standings.
Consumers whose browser capabilities are not 100% compliant will be directed to a text-only version. The mobile version can be read in seven languages – English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
The official UEFA Champions Festival app for the iPhone, meanwhile, tells users everything they need to know about the seven days of activities taking place in London during the build-up to the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday 28 May.
This unique product not only gives exclusive schedule information, it also enables visitors to navigate online the UEFA Champions Festival site in Hyde Park – checking in at all the various attractions and earning the chance to win prizes – and even book to have a photograph taken with the UEFA Champions League Trophy.
On the iPad, the UEFA.com Publications app is an invaluable resource for those working in the football industry, presenting UEFA's entire archive of documentation. The football professional therefore gains access to every official UEFA document across all areas of the European governing body's activities – in English, French and German. Notifications also inform users about fresh material such as press releases, UEFA publications or official UEFA regulations.
