UEFA will bring together all of its EURO 2004™ commercial partners for a two-day meeting at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, on Wednesday and Thursday.
Around 40 of the key personnel from companies supporting the event, as well as UEFA's television partner European Broadcasting Union (EBU), will attend the workshop to provide and receive information on television and marketing aspects of the European Championship final round in Portugal in two years' time.

Carlsberg Breweries, McDonald's, Coca-Cola and JVC – Official Partners of UEFA EURO 2004™ – will attend the event together with representatives from the Portuguese FA and EURO 2004, S.A., the organising body for the event.
The workshop will be the first time that UEFA has brought together its partners for UEFA EURO 2004™, and reflects the aim of European football's governing body to establish close relations with those who are helping to finance European national-team football's most prestigious competition. UEFA will take the opportunity at the workshop to explain to its partners how their rights will be serviced and managed by UEFA, and forthcoming activities within the various partnerships.
"The new approach from UEFA has been very successful," said the UEFA director of professional football and marketing, Lars-Christer Olsson. "We are introducing a new concept in sports marketing, and it is well received by our partners.
"The partners are well aware that UEFA is much more than European championships, and they would like to be associated also with other parts of our activities," he added.
