Tender for UEFA bib production services

Companies interested in submitting an offer for the production of bibs and related services can access the invitation to express interest (ITEI) document until 22 July. The services will cover the following competitions and events between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2018:

• UEFA Champions League
Seasons: 2015–18 (as of play-off round)
Finals: 2016–18

• UEFA Super Cups: 2015–17

• UEFA Europa League
Seasons: 2015–18 (as of group stage)
Finals: 2016–18

• UEFA Women's Champions League
Seasons: 2015–18 (as of knockout phase)
Finals: 2016–18

• UEFA Youth League
Seasons: 2015–18 (as of group stage)

• European Qualifiers
2016–17 (for 2018 FIFA World Cup)

• UEFA EURO 2016 (France)

• Other UEFA competitions (upon request)

UEFA Events SA hereby invites companies who have previous relevant experience in bib production services and who wish to be included in the tender process to retrieve the invitation to express interest (ITEI) document. Interested companies should respond – with all supporting information and documentation, including the 'Statement of Undertaking' – in hard copy and by registered post to the provided address no later than 18.00CET on 22 July.

The ITEI document is now online and will be available until Tuesday 22 July at 18.00.

UEFA will only consider offers from companies that have the necessary experience, financial standing and resources to deliver the requirements of the services.
