Terje Svendsen has been elected as the new president of the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF).

The 59-year-old has a broad experience of football at administrative level, having served as chairman at Rosenborg from 2006 to 2012. He also worked as a bank manager for several years.

"I will use my first 100 days to visit as many clubs and counties as possible," said Svendsen. "I hope my leadership will be dominated by the values of openness and transparency, and that I will be an approachable president."
